Taqueria Mi Casita in Chandler

Could have been one of the number one or two best Cali burritos I've had but they can't get an order straight or a phone order straight and it ain't worth waiting an hour to get your food figured out.

Friendly, fast and the food always tastes good. Only stumbled upon this place about a month ago and now we've enjoyed it at least 4 times. We particularly enjoy the burritos.

Tacos Al pastor were ssooo delicioso!!! My favorite! Carnitas? I'm drooling thinking about them. Everything was fresh, hot & so yummy! Had a carne asada and chorizo taco as well and they were both super tasty! The chorizo wasn't super greasy. They offer you mild or hot salsa to put in them and I went for hot but next time I'll definitely go for mild. Too hot for me. There was a bit of a line but nothing too crazy. You wait in line to order then go sit and eat your amazing tacos! Never knew about this place down the street from my house. Will definitely be going back regularly!!!

This restaurant has been in Chandler for a few years and I had never tried it until today. First off, I guess they recently remodeled and took the retail space next door to add tables for dining. So it was kind of like the Tardis when we walked in. It looks small from the outside, but has plenty of room inside. They also have a misting system out front with a few tables to eat outside. We ordered carnitas and tacos with beans and rice. The portions of meat were generous and they garnished the tacos with raw onions, cilantro, radishes, salsa (mild or hot), and also offered grilled onions and limes slices. The restaurant was full and there was a line to the door on a Monday at about 12:45pm. The food was very tasty. The only comment to make it better would maybe be to add another person to take/make the orders. The staff was very friendly and working hard to get customers through the line.

I went to visit my daughter in Chandler and she recommend this place when we were looking to go to lunch. She went with the street tacos and I went with a burro. We were both very happy with our food. It was very tasty. As we left we picked up a breakfast burro for my son-in-law, which he enjoyed as well. I will say the burros we got were huge, couldn't eat all of mine and neither could my son-in-law. Like others have said, the inside could use a little attention, but overall this was a very nice place with friendly staff that moved along quickly.

If you want traditional Mexican food (including menudo) this is the place to go. Their head tacos are delectable. Service is extremely friendly and the locale has recently need expanded so, no more wrestling for tables.

Favorite place for over 3 years now. When I was pregnant I would crave them and had to get the carne asada burrito probably once a week. So so so good!! Hole in the wall, but so authentic, friendly staff, and super consistent. Never disappoints.

The tacos, service, drinks and speediness are all a 10/10! I’ve been here 3 times so far and feel 100% satisfied every single time! My favorite tacos in AZ! The salsa is so good with so much flavor! Definitely a place you should all try!

Amazing food, friendly staff, low price

Beside the tortilla being a little burnt, it was an amazing place to eat. One of the best breakfast burrito I have tried. The bacon wasn't too overcooked, chorizo was perfect, and the potatoes 👅👅👅

We got 2 chorizo breakfast burritos and they were so good. Now one of our top picks in the valley for breakfast burritos! Chorizo was spicy with good flavor and the red salsa was delicious. Homemade tortillas and quick curb side pick up service. We will definitely be back to try more of the menu

Authentic like it was ripped out of the soil of Puerto Vallarta and drop in Arizona. The cook is super friendly and entertaining and the staff is nice. The food is prepared directly in front of you which can lead to a little bit of a wait, but it is well worth it.

This places is so good! Definitely recommend! I love the tortas de carnitas! The tacos are bomb as well and breakfast burritos omg to die for!!! Just made fresh and quick! I line can get big but worth the wait promise!

One of my all time favorites. Been going here for years. Always good service and awesome food. Great people running this place. They always recognize me and are always friendly as family. It does get busy but that is the sign of a well loved restaurant. Keep it up!!

Sometimes the meat is old and dry and other times it is on point. Need to keep it fresh...

Family owned joint serving authentic Mexican food. The burritos are huge and the pricing is extremely affordable. The owner is extremely friendly, I have had an incredibly pleasant experience every time I've been in here. Lines can be long at lunch /dinner times, but that's a sign of how good the food is!

This place is a hidden little gem down near the southern edge of tempe. I had their veggie burrito and it was fantastic. Two meals easily in that one burrito. Service was fast and great as well. Definitely worth checking out if you are in the area.

Really Good Tacos de Cabeza!!! This is the first place I go when I come from Houston. Can't go wrong with a burrito and any meat, they are huge.

Good price but no flavor. Pretty sure it’s because I got a veggie burro and maybe the flavor is in the meat. But if you get it without meat I wouldn’t recommend it unfortunately.

This is true Mexican taco. That's what is up on th outside of restaurant. Wanted to give them a shot since I absolutely love Mexican Food!!! As a must at all "Mex" you need to try the carne asada. Grilled Beef with authentic spices and juices. Decided to have a Carne asada burrito. Comes on a huge flour tortilla, beans and rice (optional) and all the fixings you want. 💪🏼 Cilantro, onions, pick and guacamole for me , and a side of Green sauce. This is definitely th place to get real Mexican food. Lines are long but worth the wait. The owner or what seems to be the lead ,has a loud voice that will keep you entertained while you wait. 🤠 9/10

I’m from the Bayarea where we are surrounded by a lot of amazing Mexican food. So, it’s been pretty hard for me to find a decent place in Arizona but surprisingly, the carne asada burrito from here came pretty close it reminded me of home and the curb side service was very quick! This place is a hidden gem I highly recommend I’m excited to try the tacos next.

I read reviews. I checked the pictures. The breakfast burrito caught my eye. Oh my, yes! The breakfast burrito was huge. The extra large tortilla (homemade?) was filled with scrambled eggs, finely chopped onions, bell peppers, cheese, bacon and sausage. Fantastic!! My new go to for breakfast. I also ordered 3 carnitas street tacos. Also very good. Be careful of the salsa, very tasty and incredibly hot. I would recommend this restaurant. Five Stars!

Best breakfast burrito ever! The boyfriend and I have been coming here for years and no other place has measured up. Just tried their tacos today and they are just as good as the breakfast burrito. If you’re hungry, looking for amazing food and friendly service this is the place to go.

This place is great, and has very authentic Mexican food. The enchilada sauce I wasn't so big on, but everything else I've tried (tacos and burritos with most of their meats) is fantastic. The wait may be long, but it's worth it.

Amazing Mexican food! The best we've had visiting the Mesa area, reminds me of the authentic home cooking my mom made growing up, it doesn't get any better than this, expect a busy crowd, it's very popular especially on Sundays, and it's cool to watch how they make your food right in front of you, don't miss the full experience!

This place doesn't look like much from the outside but the food is great! I was introduced to this restaurant about 7 years ago and it quickly became my go to for Mexican food. The folks behind the counter are good at remembering regulars. When I walk in they always greet me and remember what I regularly order. Love to take my out of town guests here! This is your basic small Mexican strip mall eatery. The price & quality are good & service is quick.

We ran in to order 24 tacos and 6 burritos. They didnt bat an eye. Before we knew it the order was finished and pleasantly, there wasnt a gap in quality or service from times I've been here. Great job. I'm happy that this place took over the suite next door. The extra space was a much needed touch. Great food, prices a little bit high. But it's worth it. The meat quality is very high, little to no fat chucks. The salsa is always on point. Nachos are also pretty good to. They do em kinda special, check it out you wont be sad.
